My experience has been just the opposite. The equipment I've gotten
from them is better than their rating.
I've known King Grant, owner of KEH, since he started the company. He
is the most scrupulously honest dealer I have ever met, and he insists
that those who work for him are the same. When I was Editor at
Shutterbug his company was always the one we received almost no
complaints about, and I know of no complaint that was not resolved to
the customer's satisfaction. Mistakes happen, but KEH will go to great
extremes to make up for any they make.
