I wasn't happy with the ponytail either; I deemphasized it in post
processing through some dodging and burning so that it is less
intrusive. Unfortunately, of the 6 exposures I made, this is the only
one that has the expression on Mike's face that I wanted, and there's
only one other in which the ponytail is less intrusive. Mike's eye's
are closed in that one. :-\
