I don't know what "doldrum" is... But I feel very stuck, very bored, very dry, very muse-less looking at this image... It is as if you were trying to say - "I am stuck, I cannot move forward..."
I cannot say if I like it or not, I just feel what I wrote above... It is definitely not your usual, more jovial, happier work... Boris
