Not sure about the terminology of "stiffing" us, but i expect that SD will be the card of choice going into future cameras. CF card slots are too easily damaged to not go with something that is less delicate. Sadly, I have 4x1 gig cards that won't see much use if the next model doesn't use them. We may get lucky and Pentax will see fit to put a dual card slot onto the next generation of DSLR cameras.
