Hi Ann and George Freeware PDF software like PDF creator or FreePDF for Windows let you create PDF files from any application by simply printing to a special PDF printer driver. Whether the quality is as good as that of Acrobat Distiller **for Press and photo printing** has to be tested however. For normal "office use" they are good enough and you can stay with your favorite applications.
