I have a K2 with sticky ASA ring. Push IN the black button on the lower left
of the lens mount. It's the one that sits over the top of the silver ASA
ring. With the button pushed in, use the fingernails on your right hand to
grab some of the ridges on the silver ASA ring and twist. Mine moves better
after you work it a bit.
