Very nice composition, it has an interesting graphic quality to it.
I think you could pull a little more detail out of the strip of
bushes/trees, that would improve the rendering. The low resolution is
pushing the values into a darkish mass lacking definition. With a bit
of lightening and careful sharpening, they'd look better defined.
Overall, the color balance seems to be a bit cool and quiet too ...
whether by intent or not, it's not unpleasant but you might try other
color renderings.
Have you thought about subscribing to the Picture A Week [PAW] list
and participating? There are a lot of folks enjoying this annual
