I agree and also must "confess" that I take alot of photos without tripods,
ie I take alot of photos during special events and services at my church
were tripods just aren't practical to set up and lug around. Let's face it,
there are many situations where a tripod would be ideal, but is less than
practical. I was poking fun at Jodys flower bit though -sorry Jody;) Yes,
yes, I supposed I am naive, but I have a hard time believing someone can get
stunning flower photos without the use of a tripod due to the typical focul
length and slow, saturated films usually used with flower shots(Velvia, for
example). Heck, tripod; no tripod, 100 asa, 400 asa; I guess it's like
everything else in life - you've gotta use the right tools for the job,
right?
