Don't like this one at all .... on several levels.

Too much OOF in the frame.  I don't see anything sharp or well focused to
catch my eye and act as an "anchor" for the rest of the photo.  That
combined with the slight tilt makes the image very jarring.

I like the background, and the pic could be improved greatly (for me) if it
(the wall) were sharp and well focused, allowing a greater contrast between
it and the blurred person walking past the wall.
