I use dreamweaver for my site, I've never used Iseemedia or PhotoVista
so I don't know if it would work but I probably only know how to use 10%
of what dreamweaver can do. You might want to try Nvu
(http://www.nvu.com/), it's free and it claims to be able to compete
with dreamweaver and frontpage.
