So what about everyone else?

I very grudgingly use 1280 x 1024.

I would rather use 1600 x 1200, but my 19" Viewsonic A90f+ monitor flickers horribly at that size when viewing large amounts of white space, such as when viewing text. (It won't support a high enough refresh rate at that size.) Sometimes, I still use 1600 x 1200 to view photographs with. The flicker isn't too objectionable for that use, but then I have to immediately revert to 1280 x 1024 for "normal" computer use.

take care,
Glen
