Hi Fra, and thanks for the comment.
I have the F803 and use it when I'm carrying a modest kit. It's a
great bad. The F802 is the larger version. What I don't like about
this style of bag is that the opening is somewhat narrow and a
cumbersome to get SLRs in and out of.
What I'm looking for is a wider, easier to access opening and more
space, so that I can carry two bodies, each fitted with a lens, a
couple of spare lenses, and/or a body and five lenses. As well as the
usual other stuff I find I cart about when out for a day's shooting
session (notebook, book, glasses, phone, keys, batteries, card
wallet, jacket, photo binder if I'm carrying pictures to show folks,
etc etc). Along with a really good strap setup for all-day
comfortable carrying.
So far, the messenger bag solution is looking pretty good but I
haven't made a decision just yet.

Hi, I use the 802 Domke (or 803? well, the larger one) for this. With
just simple custom-made padding. It is quite roomy, you can put a
DSLR without grip plus 12-24/4, 80-200/2.8 and a strobe into it with
some shuffling. Even D1X fits in, just more awkwardly. I like the bag,
but it's been disintegrating last few months (it has seen a lot and
lot of daily (ab)use). Some people complain it looks too much like
laptop bags (although these don't come in cotton, usually...). I don't
think so, but a more oddly shaped messenger bag could be better.
