Well, the other side of that is that they claim that they've got several titles out with that same software for the last eight months or so, and this is the first time anyone has noticed. And I'm not hearing much of a hue and cry outside the "serious geek" contingent (of which I am a part).
All anyone outside the serious geek department might notice is that their computer now seems to be running a little slower, and even that isn't likely.
