Got the answer from Pancho (before your mail came
in ) -- which see

I didnt have to "open" or look at the file to do
this...
Now we will see whether or not this pdf file will
work for cafepress
and whether the print will look good.

cross fingers everyone...
alternatively - find me a publisher :) :)
