With an LX today, it might be a grip B, AF280T flash and

43/1.9-FA Limited
77/1.8-FA Limited

Tempting but probably too big and heavy would be
a PZ-1 (no grip), AF200T flash and
24/2.0-FA
43/1.9-FA Limited
