I understood what you were saying. My point is that the Japanese economy is improving, and there are still nearly five months of the second half to go. Exchange rates may look very different in a few months time.

Pentax may make more money IF the Yen continues falling, Herb, and IF that is the reason they are now forecasting higher profits. However, I would rather buy Yen than dollars right now. The prospects for the Japanese economy are looking much brighter than America's.
