Hi Dave,
I've found that the high capacity NiMH batteries loose their charge
quite quickly, but the lower capacity ones hold their charge for longer
and after 4 weeks a set of 600mAh batteries will out perform the 2100 set.
I have some 1700mAh batteries which seem to hold their charge as well as
the 600mAh ones though I haven't managed to do any documentable tests yet.
Different brands vary as well.

shot a card
during Thanksgiving and i had to
replace. The back up supply lasted 4 pictures. Luckily i carry a set of Lith's and had to
use them.
So how long should i allow rechargables that are not working to sit.
