Thanks Bill. I'll take a look at the Nissans. I will probably go for
whatever vehicle I can make the best deal on. They're all good enough
to do that job and last the life of the lease.

Hi Ken,
I just got a call from the Chicago Police this morning asking if it
was
okay if they put my car on the hot sheet. I told them it would have
been
better if they did it two days ago. The bureacracy rolls on.
I don't know what I'll replace it with. Although I'm working for WPP,
I'm
still freelance. So for the first time in many years, I don't really
owe
allegiance to any one company. But I am thinking about a Mountaineer
or
Explorer. I like the new engine and the six-speed automatic. I'll
have to
see what kind of deals are out there. Perhaps they'll sign me on here
and
give me a car allowance, but I'm not going to hold my breath. Tough
times
in Motown.
Have you checked out the Nissan Armada?
Or, if you want something a little smaller, the Pathfinder is looking
really
nice.
That is, unless you feel the need to stick with a USA nameplate.
The Armada is made in the States.
So far, my Titan, which is the truck body version of the Armada has
proven
to be a pretty bombproof vehicle.
Sorry to hear about your loss. One of the hotels in town here is
continually chasing unwanted reprobates out of their valet area for
the exact same reason.
