Hi William my English is not good enough to explain it correct, sorry. I see some artificial looking part right under the nose next to the nostril. I see marks like that from a chain around the neck in a slightly more yellow tone and a part of the edge of the cloth looks retouched here for me. I dislike the two lights in the left eye as well.
