How do you extract a JPEG from the PEF file. Sometimes you and

blow me away with all the technical wizardry you can perform and

which you're so knowledgeable.
JF's application doesn't run on Mac OS X (although if he sent me the
source code and build information, I might be able to make it work).
On Mac OS X, I can extract all the JPEGs from a set of PEFs using
iView MediaPro. Drop all the PEFs onto an iView window and then use the
"Make->Convert Image Files..."
menu command. It will extract all the JPEG preview files into a
folder in a few moments.
The other way is to put all the PEFs in a folder, open the folder
with Bridge, and then run a script to export them to JPEGs. Takes a
few moments to create the script but the results are actually much
better than the in-camera preview JPEGs.
