When the Right to Roam was brought in in Wiltshire, Madonna and Guy Ritchie felt aggrieved because it allowed people to walk too near to their home. They took the matter to court and were successful in keeping part of their estate closed.
So the law does work for them.

And that doesn't surprise me one bit. I assume that like elsewhere the right to
rights, laws notwithstanding, hinge primarily upon unrestricted access to
monetary funds.
