Yes. To recapitulate my last post on another thread...

D = 45x is as fast as the camera can take advantage of.
DS/DL = 60x ...
DS2 = 133x ...

Faster cards will download to a computer faster using a good USB2 or FireWire card reader, regardless of their affect on camera performance.
