This one's easy:
An LX with an M24~35/3.5 and a K85/1.8
I'd shoot in Latin America, and would focus on Peru,
Argentina, and Chile. I'd be photographing people in cities
and rural areas, mostly the impoverished and oppressed, and
those living subsistence lives. I'd work my way down to
Tierra del Fuego, up into the Andes, into the Atacama Desert,
along the Peruvian coast, and so on.
