Scanned this today from a slide that I shot in 2002, while on a work
trip (yes, really!) to the island of Tortola in the Caribbean. Dug out
some of the old Velvia slides from that trip and scanned them today.
This is really the only keeper, unfortunately.

Was shot on the cheapest K-mount body one could buy new in 2002
(Kalimar K-90), with the cheapest lens that Pentax sold at the time
(A35-80/4-5.6). There's a bit of chromatic aberration visible on the
full-resolution scan at 3200 DPI, but the lens still impresses me
every time I look at one of the pictures I've taken with it.

Yes, I know the clouds at the right are a bit distracting, but my
Photoshop-fu still isn't strong enough that I can burn them in
effectively. Still working on that...
