Well.. thanks all for your answers... it WAS supposed to be
psychodelic, as Boris mentioned. and yes, Jostein is right, it is a
playground equipment :) i saw this when went playing with my kids this
saturday afternoon....

The name is for "every one that sees it gets it different and think
different". .also it's a conotain with all other things you've
mentioned...
