Well the answer was in word... I just didn't believe it Thanks to Mark, Bob W and Paul Sorenson for their input I merely THOUGHT i couldn't do what I wanted to do... To stick the text box in to the right of the "table" I clicked on the word above the table (January, e.g.) and the text box appeared to the left and I could enlarge it and then copy it onto the other calendar pages. I had already done the table for the whole calendar.
