there isn't much to see in the originals. everything is pinkish. the D2X is
essentially unresponsive to IR. with very long exposures in sunlight, you
get something, but the older cameras are much more responsive.

The moon shot is great. Nice detail.
Being a fan of IR pictures, i like the 3 you have chosen to show.
Very smooth texture in these,much different than film were grain rules.LOL
I'd be interested to see the colour pictures prior to conversion.
I keep forgetting i can shoot in B&W mode on the D1. I just need to
justify another big
diameter filter. I
have seen the D1 IR samples on the Nikon BB and they look very good.
Maybe i'll just get me another filter and play.
