Nice that you carry your camera to work and have occasion to use it.

To me your image is a mixture of subjects that are at odds with the way you've 
captured them. The underexposed head stone keeps drawing my attention away from 
the leaves. Perhaps a properly exposed headstone with the resulting leave's 
exposure might be stronger. The leaves are mainly a pattern while the headstone 
seems to demand I be able to read it.  
How did you meter this?
