Like Dave said, too bad about those damned yellow trucks, but the
flatiron is one of those buildings one tends to shoot over and over
again.

Funny, but whenever I'm by there, there are always several people
shooting it with all manner of photographic equipment.  I wonder what
the attraction of that building is?

That's a nice shot as well, the Gooderham Building does do well in the rain. And it's is very fun to shoot. I've got 30-40 negs of it, as well as a good dozen digital images. Doesn't help that I work just around the corner and often walk buy on lunch.

I suspect the attraction is the unusual shape, location and the fact it isn't a glass box unlike so many others downtown.
