I love my old LX's too, they are an excellent film camera, pity mine hardly get a work out these days, they've be usurped by the *ist D, I've had a film in one for over 12 months :-( The A24/2.8 is a great little lens, it's one of my currently most used, it's as useful on the LX as it is on the *ist D. On the digital bodies it's very sharp right to the edges and it provides a very utilitarian angle of view, it's a great one lens solution.
