I also tend to prefer 6x6, but 645 is much more economical on film and fits most paper sizings with less waste ... I always feel bad when I cut down a 13x19" sheet to 13x13" for full frame presentation, or have to work to make 20x20 inch prints.

Funny thing is that I find that I shoot about 80% vertically oriented photographs, so the orientation of the GA645 worked much better for me than the Mamiya 1000S.
