They also make M42 Screw- mount SLR's, Leica M39 mount rangefinders and a lens that only works on pre-AI Nikons (12mm in F mount, requires true mirror lockup, as the rear element extends into the mirror box. If it's wierd and wonderful, Cosina probably supports it.
Stephen Gandy just shot some photos with the 12mm using a Nikon to EOS adapter on an EOS 5D !! Many are using that lens on D70, D100, etc. They just carefully lift the mirror with a finger and slip the lens in and it holds the mirror up. I shot with the 12 on the Epson R-D1 and had a ball playing with it.
