I do Bob, although the pose is not a natural one - the left foot extended to
raise up the knee wouldn't be held for long. The culvert looking thing to
the left above her head is also somewhat distracting, but as I said, I like
this image - the overall pose, exposure & the subject.

position of her legs
is unflattering to them. Again, it looks like she
is straining to
hold the pose to me - and as someone else put it

can't remember who it was) she looks statue-like.
Actually, she is a former dancer and was moving to music during the
shoot. She was not holding any poses. That's not the way I work. I
give the model an idea and let her work with it. I always consider the
final product a collaboration between the two of us, rather than my work
alone.
