Another option is a Graflex Optar/Wollensak Raptar (same lens) 90/6.8.
Or a Schneider Angulon 90/6.8.
The Schneider is more likely to be a coated lens, but will also be a
bit more expensive.
They both cover 4x5 without movements, which should be enough to cover
your desired 6x12 negative (panoramic camera?). If you're shooting
with black and white film, I wouldn't worry too much about getting a
coated version. Not many lens elements, and the coated examples will
be more expensive. You'll want the coated version if you'll be
shooting color though (voice of experience here).

I think I paid $58 for my Optar with the shutter. Shutter needed one
heck of a cleaning (was soaked in oil), but otherwise a very decent
lens.
I still need to cut up the muffin pan and make a recessed lens board
for my B&J orbit...
