Auto focus? Hair up and back on the side has a 'sharper' look to me than does her near eye area. The skin has a flat, sort of washed out appearance. Since there appears to be little in the way of shadows, maybe a smidgen of contrast and darkening, as needed, to eliminate any resulting highlight bloom and give some contour to her features. The hair..well guess that's one of the accepted styles.
