Arlington Camera here in north Texas sells a similar
Tilt-All tripod, and it's *new*. Apparently, someone
has re-introduced the Tilt-All with the original metal
construction and knurled aluminum knobs.

If I remember correctly, Arlington Camera's price for
this new Tilt-All tripod was not very expensive, maybe
$50 or $60. I didn't try this new version, but it
appears to have a better build than the Tilt-All I
have.

My Tilt-All is not the original Marchioni version. Mine
is black and has plastic knobs. It's fairly smooth, and
fairly steady. It's good for short-lens work, and for
my digital camera. I paid $20 on Ebay for it.
