Yep. The old "graven image" bit. Why so much Muslim art is abstract and geometric rather than representational. I check my web site hits periodically, and often have visitors from countries where admitting to viewing it could lead to beheading. I got letters for a while from a fan in Iran, but they stopped coming.
Some cultures believe that photographing someone steals their soul. I realized at some point that they are right, but continued to be a photographer anyway.
