The last time I looked, Polaroid color film was manufactured by Agfa

Yes. I recall not too long ago seeing a label on a shelf with a stack of Polariod films mentioning one of the (other) "traditional" film companies as manufacturer. I can't quite remember which, but now that you mention it, it may well have been Agfa. I think this was in a different country, though - possibly Spain. I believe Polariod film isn't available here, either. I have a roll of "Japan Photo" film lying around, though, and it says on the box "Produced for Japan Photo in Germany". I suspect that "in Germany" refers too the Agfa Photo plant...

So there is no more of the Agfa Ultra 100. Such a pity. But then I haven't shot any of it, or any other color film, in over two years.

Agfa colour film seems to have been gone from most shops for several years around here. I think it started disappearing quite some time before digital became popular. Film produced by Agfa may have been available through the "own" brands of certain chain stores, though.
