Yes, I even have a set on one of my Manfrotto Carbon tripods, they are a screw set-up, they have a large rubber foot that will reveal a metal spike as the rubber foot is rotated. The foot assemble clams onto the outside of the leg tube after the push-on rubber foot has been removed.
