I used to use a Sunpak Auto 24DX unit - have had it for many years.  
But recently I purchased an excellent condition AF200T.  This little 
unit worked well on the MZ-7, and works even better on the *ist-DL.

I forgot to add - neither are tilt heads, so I diffuse with a tissue 
over the flash head, or a polystyrene coffee cup.
