Wow, Mark. That was unexpected. Thanks for taking the time to visit, and to write out 
your reactions. This may alarm you, but they are remarkably similar to my own thoughts 
abut the images. Some reaction to your comments:

#1: This is growing on me, and is certainly the pick of the bunch I shot that day.
#2: I have several versions of this, and favor each at different times. This is, I 
believe, the tightest of them.
#3: This is a prime example of "Working the subject." I originally stopped to explore 
the colors and shapes of some round hay bales against the red of the barn. I got some 
shots of that, but nothing really exciting until I worked around the end of the barn 
and began examining the doors. I really think this shot has a lot going for it. 
#4: Originally I would have agreed with you, and I surely understand your reaction, 
but I ended up going with this one =because of= its apparent weaknesses. Its 
imprecision, I think, adds to its charm. 
#5: exactly.
