Bloody 'ell Ralf, that could be Pittsburgh! Even down to the houses in the foreground! Well, not Pittsburgh, but several of the towns 5 minutes up river where there are a couple of facilities like this still in existence. Only one or two are still in operation. I'd love to get the chance to do a serious photo study of a couple of these places.
