Sounds like an interesting idea.
I volunteer to do it on a trial basis, just to see how it works.
Let's settle on a format, to make it easier to sort entries:
Country:
[State or Province:]
[City:]
Location:
Description:
[Related Link:]
Suggested by:
"State or Province" and "City" are optional, to be used when required
to find the place. "Related Link" is to be used if you have pictures
taken in the place, or some web site that refers to it.
An example using one of my favorite places would be:
Country: Spain
City: Barcelona
Location: Plaza St. Felip Neri
Description: This is a very small square with a fountain in the heart
of the Barri Gotic, which could go unnoticed if you don't look for it.
Not many tourists, even though it is not far from the catherdral. If
you go in the early morning you probably find it empty, with the
ocassional passerby on the way to work.
Related Link: [something with a pic or further description of the
place if available]

How does this sound?
Let's discuss the entry format first, if we agree I'll start receiving
entries and compile a list that I can post to the web.
