A strong moment. the expression on Ninjas face, and the arm against the
background is priceless. The erected arm "blends" with the buildings, making
a strong statement. 
Besides this, I find the frame very busy, a lot of objects to process for my
little brain. Without the high contrast, I think the strong sides of the
photo would be lost in the all business for me. 

Do I like it? Yes, but I think you have done a lot better, Frank.
