As I look again, I think for a small print, the leaf in question is probably not a problem. If I were to crop it...

Looking at the out of focus leaf on the right and where it contacts the leaf to it's left, one can see a heart-shaped 'window' to the backgound. Personally I would crop just enough so that the entire heart-shaped window was excluded. I think cropping less so that a portion of that window was still visible would create a distraction.

Anyway that's my thoughts.

Hi Bruce,

I've taken quite a few shots similar to this and my satisfaction rate is pretty low. I like this one. The colors and bokeh are really pleasing. The first thing that hits me is the out of focus leaf on the right. May be better w/o it.

Somehow I think it's difficult for shots like this to 'stand on their own'. I don't know why. I can see it fitting quite nicely in a small framed (like 5 x 7) and matted wall grouping of similar shots (trees and leaves)... Four shots maybe?
