I'm not sure. To me,it's sort of like "clicking" a smile on everyone's face in a family portrait. IOW, apply degrees of your gained skill in those areas you, Don't deprive yourself of the chance to be proud of your own, and possibly better, version. Moments of delirious personal satisfaction are the engines of effort.
