I find it interesting that this Grand Canyon thingie is being built by an Indian tribe. There is a common belief that American Indians do not have a fear of heights. Maybe there is some truth to that.
There is a common belief (propogated by the American Indians (Canadian ones too), that they are one with nature. This horrid little blot on the landscape would put that bit of horsehockey to rest.
