It looks like she's already trying to distract with the "wings" up by her eyes!

I don't know that you as a photographer can do anything about what someone's face is shaped like, unless you get down to plain old "cheating" with Photoshop. But then you end up with an illustration that isn't really a photo of the subject at all - and then what is the point?
