That's a bit after the back straight. They go left, then almost 180 degrees
right and then that tight left-hander at the crest of a small hill. There
are a lot of *concrete* patches in the track at Mid-Ohio (the CART cars,
I think, tear up the surface) and these patches tend to have poor traction.
At the crest of this hill/turn there's a patch that forces the bikes to
hold a very tight line unless they're willing to slow down considerably.
It can get lively there in traffic.

That's in the back section of the track. Not very convenient to get to on
foot. Looks like it would be a wild ride. But then, the whole experience
this weekend made me want to get back into roadracing. Don't think my S.O.
would react very well to that tho...

More autofocus sensors would be useful, but they'd need to be *right* next
to the central one, rather than spaced out like on the MZ-S. I found I usually
wanted the main subject either dead center or just a little bit off-center.
And sometimes I had no choice in the matter ;-) All-in-all I can't really
complain and I bet the MZ-S autofocus would be a big improvement, the only
drawback being the 2.5 fps frame rate. I'd like to try an MZ-S in similar
circumstances to see if I really need 4 fps.
