Well, I am not going to wish him well. Seems like every time I do he
gets worse. Maybe not doing so will help.

I was very saddened to read Mark's message last night.
When I was at GFM in 2004, Bill was a great host. Made me feel very welcome
and also helped me with a problem. Basically that year he fulfilled the host
role to a T -- not too many people really know how to do that.
